Hi there. I recently purchased a phone online. It was acknowledged as paid on the site, it was acknowledged as paid on PayPal, but my bank contacted me saying they’d blocked payment thinking it was fraudulent. I clarified, and they said I could make the purchase again once I was refunded by PayPal. I ended up hearing nothing from PayPal or phone company so had to cancel order which automatically refunded me. I then made order again with reassurance from bank that it would go through. This time the payment is acknowledged by phone company and PayPal but STILL hasn’t come through on bank balance. I was was wondering if there’s delays in charges from PayPal on bank accounts ever when not on a working business day?
