Hi all! I received a counterfeit item from a seller on Depop. I started a dispute with the seller who has agreed to refunding if I return the item. I’ve never needed to return an item before. Does the seller need to do something on his end to agree formally to the refund, which then gives me his address, or do I need to just take him at his word that he will refund, and ask for his address in our resolution centre chat? I’m worried he may scam me here as well! Thank you in advance!
