Assuming a lost cause. My claim due non-delivery was closed swiftly due sellers provision of confirmed delivery. At this point PayPal provided tracking detail and contact detail which I used. Courier ( Yodel ), stated the destination address was other than mine. PayPal will not act on this info. Yodel will not provide any detail. Seller does not reply to my emails. What constitutes a confirmed delivery? Any familiarity anyone? Thank you in anticipation of lead.
