I purchased several items from PinkyChloe. I filed a claim on PayPal. The seller sent me a bogus tracking number without a carrier. I can't even google the tracking number. I login to PayPal this morning. I type in my escalation and hit submit and it tells me something went wrong. I am confused. I have time. All of sudden I get an email that says my case is closed. Is it common PayPall allows this? You just let sellers rip people off? I did my part and was allowing time for the package to show up. The sent notification of tracking # on 11/16/20. I want my $51.38 back! I spent money and got NOTHING!
