I have a current case open on PayPal and the trader has now sent me a response. Paypal are handling the claim, therefore been told not to contact the trader. They have told me to return the goods to China, but I am not willing to pay the postage costs - I am trying to respond to a message Paypal have sent me, but don't know how to do it. I have gone into the claim, but it wont let me respond.
