I just keep getting automated responses for the messages I painstakingly type in the message center. Today the response included:(18/12/20) "but if it doesn't help you please give us a call. We often need to ask you questions to understand the details of your case and it's often better to do this by phone. You can call us by following the instructions at the bottom of this message." however there is no information at the bottom of the message The phone line rings once then cuts off The webchat only responds automatically then states "all our agents are offline please contact us in business hours" even during business hours
