My grandmother sent me $100 to my PayPal account that I had previously created but hadn't fully set up by completing all the identity verification steps. Once she told me she sent me the money, I attempted to complete my account setup by uploading a photo of my valid passport but now I am receiving "We are unable to continue offering you services" message when trying to use my PayPal account. So now my grandmother's money is sitting in limbo -- it's sitting in my PayPal account (thus deducted from her bank account) but I have no way to receive the money or return it to her. Unfortunately all paths I've taken to connect to customer service have resulted in a dead end. Anyone have a similar issue and can advise how I can return the money from my PayPal account to my grandmother? Thanks!!!
