I am currently locked out of my account. I have reset my password twice and keep getting the "you have tried too many times, please contact us" message. Well, the issues is that I cannot contact anyone online because you have to sign in to use the online message app. I have tried to call customer service 10 times, and each time I get hung up on and told "we cannot help you over the phone, please visit our online help center"...which we all know I can't do because I am locked out of my account. Someone sent me money that I need RIGHT NOW, and I cannot access it...nor can they take the funds back. So I have no way of accessing my account or getting help from anyone...and they have no way to get the funds back to send it through a different app. What do I do? HELP PLEASE.
