So It's been almost a month, my payment is still on hold, because of god knows what reasons, I've even asked the buyer to press confirm receipt, they said they don't see the button on my transaction, but they usually see it there. The customer executive just told me to ask the buyer to talk to another executive from their side. And they still couldn't get anything from them.
Also, my payment that's on hold is decreasing every day, what's the reason for that?
