I entered all the information and submitted... Paypal then displayed a window to add a new card. I had no idea if it ever accepted the card or not... Is this typical for their I.T. department? - Looks like they don't bother to test. - Then when I tried to report the issue... guess what... absolutely no option to report a problem with their site... JUST HOW ARROGANT AND OUT-OF-TOUCH CAN AN I.T. DEPARTMENT BE? ONE THAT DOESN'T EVEN CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE A PROBLEM... I'm switching to another service. I just can't tolerate such arrogance and lack of customer service... I've used PayPal since they started; no more. OOPS, did I say "CUSTOMER SERVICE"? WELL, PAYPAL HAS NONE... SO FORGET THAT.
