I have a payment on hold with PayPal. The item was delivered to the buyer last Saturday and he has left me positive feedback. After being on hold for two hours I finally spoke with someone at PayPal, half of my payment was released but the other portion was to remain on hold. They said it is because it has the same tracking number as the other item. This is because the buyer purchased two items in separate transactions and he asked that I ship them together. The representative from PayPal stated that the buyer would have to confirm payment through his PayPal account. The buyer insists that this option is not available on his end. I have since been unable to contact PayPal any further as they do not respond to the message center or any form of social media. I desperately need the funds as I am out of work due to the pandemic. What can I do?
