Hello there, when I just create my PayPal account, I enter my id card but this year I saw that I put the wrong one, now I want to modify it but in vain, when I refresh the page, I found my old one. I will appreciate your help, I don't want to get banned when PayPal will ask for verification. is there a solution? thanks!
