I made a purchase a few days ago at an online store (private business), checked out with PayPal and paid with my paypal acct balance. Couple days later, PayPal sent an offer for $10 off another purchase from the same store. So I went back to the store and attempted to make a 2nd purchase but for some reason PayPal is not allowing me to pay for the 2nd transaction with my PayPal balance nor with my PayPal Business Debit Mastercard nor with my linked Checking Acct. The only option appearing in the paypal checkout screen is to add a new credit card, which I cannot do. (This is prior to knowing whether or not the $10 offer will be applied but I'm thinking its somehow related) I called the merchant, they said they've seen this before, and its a PayPal problem. Nothing they can do. What is going on? Why is PayPal forcing me to add a 4th payment method?
