Hello guys its almost a month already since added my card but its really hassle now i cannot remove it due to some technical issues i research mostly about this issue and i waited days but actually its not working. and when i talk to some agent in the message center they ended the conversation and now i am trying to connect to them again it always say that there are no agents available.. so sad do you guys have some suggestion or a procedure for this kind of issue ? i am really open. help will be much more appreciated.
