I gave proof to PayPal from the scam company, with the delivery address as delivered to a different address from my PayPal address. That was what PayPal said they needed. Then they said they needed proof from the Post. I have it to them. They said it had been delivered and closed my case. Even though I had outstanding proof. I’m trying through my bank now

Ok, isn’t that interesting, I didn’t realise that you could do that. Can you set up a PayPal seperate using a account from a bank. Just for security. I have to say I’m weary of using PayPal on Chinese companies. I never get scammed, but my site was really well set up. My bank is onto it now, I sent them all the proof and they have deposited funds into my account while they check.

I’m in a different country, had problems with a scam company, $150- from China, I had all the proof, I sent it to PayPal, I followed all the instructions they gave me. They continued to defend the Scam company. I ended up going to my bank and put in a dispute. Try that, and good luck

Sorry wasn’t my intention to be unsupportive. I have been on the phone to PayPal and even have proof it was sent to the incorrect address. I have jumped through all the hoops. It does work with some people who have got their money back, PayPal just refused to see the proof of mine. After two months I am going to put a dispute through my bank. The proof I have is undeniable. But don’t give up, try all avenues. The other poster has some good options for you to try. Good luck

No, good luck. Unfortunately no matter what you do through PayPal they will do nothing. It’s a Chinese company. I had all the paperwork to back me, they still said I received my items. Even though I had proof of where items were sent ... different from my PayPal address. Kiss your money goodbye and lesson learnt. I will be extra weary from now on. I lost $150
