I ordered something from what turned out to be a scam site on Facebook. What arrived was far from what was promised. I opened a PayPal dispute. The item was shipped from a domestic (U.S.) address, but after trying to lowball me with settlement offers, the company has now promised a full refund...IF I ship it to China! Earlier, they'd said in email they didn't want it shipped back since that would cost too much; they offered me 1/6 of the price. How can I point out to PayPal that the scam continues?
