Update. Even though PayPal are apparently investigating this company for fraud, no matter what point of view I presented - I am told by PayPal I still have to return the £10 hammock cloth by tracked courier to get my $49.99 back. I managed to find a tracked courier for just under £12,, which I paid with my PayPal account (so they can see I am not trying to make a false claim - as I get the feeling PayPal assume all claims are fraudulent) but you need a tel number and an email for Shenzhen for the courier. After asking PayPal many times I finally got this - 13802268574 but PayPal rules don’t allow me to write the email in this (for some really bizarre reason) for anyone that needs it. I have filed a postal refund with PayPal, you need the courier receipt and proof of the address. Then after I filed it and the courier picked it up - PayPal now say I need a photo of the parcel with the Shenzhen address on, to be sent within 14 days or my claim is voided...luckily being very sceptical of this process I took one before it went! Why PayPal don’t make this clear before it is sent I don’t know! God knows how many people fall foul of this one. Anyway I have jumped through all the hoops, spent more money after bad, spent a number of hours talking to PayPal, arranging a courier and parcelling up the item - I can see why so many gave up! Let’s see what I get refunded....it is certainly the last time I buy something from China outside of eBay, if I get nothing it will probably be the last time I use PayPal! PayPal - customer service, customer service, customer service, employ some or you will loose a load of customers!
