There is very little activity on my cash account because I don't use it. In fact, there are a total of 14 transaction. When I add up the transaction amounts, I get a balance of $200.65. However the balance on this account shows zero. For more than 2 weeks I have been sending messages via message center asking for an explanation. The message center has been totally useless. Every 3 days or so, someone different will reply that they will look into it or that they will send me the transactions. This is not a difficult questions. How can I get a meaningful response? What are my options? I have called but am always told to go to website and disconnected. This is horrible customer support. Please help!
