Hi All, I ordered a desk for my daughter online. When I wanted to assemble it it turned out there was an issue in that they made a mistake in packaging and gave me two parts the same for the left side. I contacted them, they asked for a photo and agreed to send me the missing part so I can construct the desk. I asked could I discard the box and they said yes but to send them a photo of the packaging slip, they responded by email to say thanks for the photo and we would receive notice as soon as the part shipped. 8 weeks went by and we heard nothing - I contacted them 8 times no reply. I raised a case on PAYPAL and they have now offered a full refund but only if I return the full desk to them in Spain! A) This will cost a lot, B) I no longer have the box and C) it's a big and heavy item! Any thoughts on what I can do? I just want them to send me the missing part so I can build the desk!
