I added my card yesterday, and tried again today, to use for a payment. There is enough space on the card to make the desired paypal transaction. I get a message that says "we added your new payment method, but can't use it right now. To continue, choose or add another way to pay." Couldn't get a human on customer service, and haven't heard back from the help messaging on here from 5 hours ago. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Michael
