To resolve the account limitation we have been asked to confirm a card. The card has been superseded by another and so no longer exists but the account does. After countless messages eventually I was asked to upload a statement and I would hear in 72 hours. This I did and I have still not had a response. My account has been limited for 3 months now and it is impossible to speak to a human being to resolve this. Can someone point me in the right direction before I go insane! Many thanks.

I have an account limitation. To resolve it I need to confirm a card. It gives me 2 options of cards. Neither of these cards are active, so no, I can't confirm them. I cannot remove these cards either. Through message centre I have been asked to upload a bank statement instead and provides me with a link. The link takes me to confirm a card ..................... I cannot see anywhere an upload button. Please help.

There is an account limitation on my account, although I have no open cases. To resolve it I am being asked to confirm a card. The card does not exist anymore. It will not let me remove it or update it. I have sent numerous messages. Why can’t I speak to a real person? This has been going on for months and it will not even let me close my account as I can’t withdraw my balance. HELP
