I am also having similiar case. when i was want to send money to my family overseas It was showing like this and I click customer service button the another message pop up and stating that if your mobile number is not up to date it might impact your account. But I have update my mobile number but not resolve. it happened in the last todays and still no clue. Could anyone help. Thanks.
