Hello Received one of these claims, it has been around 4 months after the product was sold on eBay (computer), the buyer alleged it was shoddy from day one but has waited until now to raise an issue and alleged it as damaged/used. I uploaded invoice proof from the supplier, clarified their queries and offered a full repair or refund if they returned the item. They also mentioned house repairs so unsure if that has impacted on the product and they are angry/trying it on. I have not heard anything since responding, is it possible they are experienced in PayPals system of refunds and that they are waiting for the deadline/for me to escalate? I have heard PayPal don't check these things and just return the money, leaving the seller without the item or money. Others have said keep ringing Paypal but in these times it would be a long wait. Not sure what else to do?
