Has anyone else had a problem requesting a refund for a product that was delivered that was nothing like the product I ordered and PAYPAL denies the case with a completely false reason??? There is no option to reopen the case and every time I try to open a new case it fails with 'something went wrong'? The autogenerated email they send to request support is useless, Log in to your PayPal account. 2. Click on Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal web page There is no 'Help & Contact', there is a HELP or CONTACT!
