Hi guys I was hoping someone could help me. I have an open dispute case, who's resolution date has been pushed back more than 5 times now. The dispute was opened when a product was not delivered as promised by the seller. Since the dispute case was opened, a product was delivered, but it was completely wrong. Not the same thing at all. I'm having so much difficulty getting in touch with Paypal. Can anyone point me in a direction that will help me resolve this issue? I'm not expecting an overnight decision, but I'd at least like an update every few weeks or so. Is that too much to ask?
