Hello, I have an account with Paypal that I have used for years, no problem. Today I received an email from Paypal asking me to confirm my email address to set up an account, this is for one of my email addresses, but not the one I actually have registered. The email appeared to be legitimate, I decided to check and went to www.paypal.com through a browser window directly (Rather than click on any link in the email) and tried to reset the password for this other email address. Paypal gave me the option to reset the password for this other email address via text message to a mobile number, but it is not mine. It would appear my other email address has been used in error, or fraudulently, to set up a Paypal account. I have tried to find a way to report this to Paypal but have had no luck, can anyone help?
