Dear All, Please help me and help the potential buyers avoid such unethical seller Pay Pal just closed my case in favor of the UNETHICAL seller from China who sent me a small bag of 5 masks instead of a printer. Before my case was closed, I had uploaded several photos of emails (between me and seller) as evidences of my communication with that seller since July 2020: I bought the printer since June 2020 but did not receive anything so I started emailing that seller on July 13th, 20th, 24th and August 5th. That seller asked for my sympathy because he/she did not control the speed of shipping service. After several months of waiting, eventually I received a small bag of... 5 face masks, I immediately escalated my claim and honestly reported to Pay Pal that I received 5 masks, not a printer. I had attached a photo of 5 masks I received. Later on, that seller suggested a partial refund of $42 and I also replied to PayPal that I denied it. I asked for the full amount of $52 and required Pay Pal needed to kick him/her out of Pay Pal's partnership. I had to wait for extra long time so I reminded Pay Pal again by "contact us". Pay Pal emailed me asking me to submit more evidences !!! I was so surprise why Pay Pal asked me as if this was the first time I contacted with Pay Pal and wonder if Pay Pal lost most of my conversations with Pay Pal or not. Also, I was busy at my election campaign and was not home to resend the evidence again so I replied to Pay Pal, asking them to look at the previous evidences I had submitted. It is UNBELIEVABLE that Pay Pal closed the case (Case ID: PP-D-81381454) in favor of such unethical seller !!! I can not believe that PAYPAL closed the case in favor of that unethical seller whereas I had submitted all of evidences and more specially, it was that seller who suggested to give me a partial refund of $42 because he/she surely knew that he/she could not cheat me by sending me a bag of 5 face mask while I ordered a PRINTER since June 2020. I swear to GOD that I will fight for the justice and fairness for this case. $52 is a very small to me but what I lose is my TRUST in Pay Pal, in its reputation and fairness when it closes my case in favor of such unethical seller against me, who is one of its loyal customers, and has a strong faith in God and fear of committing sins. I tried to reopen the case but Pay Pal did not allow so. For God's Sake, please help me by showing me how I can open a new claim to ask for the fairness and the ethic of business. Otherwise, many other buyers will fall into trap of that unethical seller.
