I recently bought an item last week on 10/22. When I noticed that the delivery status hasn’t been marked “shipped” for a week I have been trying to contact the seller but I received no response. The estimated time of delivery would be November 23rd but leaving a customer’s inquiries and concerns unanswered is very unprofessional and shady. I am already thinking of requesting a refund at this time. What action must I take first?
