I'd appreciate anyone's help with this. I haven't used paypal at all, but set up an account around a year ago. Since then, I have changed my phone number, and no longer have access to my old one. I can't log in to my account due to the two-step verification process. I also can't seem to get in contact with them. To send a message, I need to be logged into my account, and whenever I phone, the automated voice says they are unable to help me - presumably because they have no way of verifying me. I've had no luck with facebook messages either. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to contact them directly and get this resolved? Thank you in advance.
