Hi, I have purchased a product and have paid for it though my mastercard. I received an email from Paypal stating that the payment has gone through even though I did not use Paypal to make a payment. It has now been over 2 months and I have not received any product from the seller and can't make contact with them due to their inbox being full. I now want to dispute this payment and get a refund. Do I go through Paypal for this or do I need to go through with my mastercard?
