Dear folks, I need some advice on how to deal with this... A friend asked me for a favor using my PayPal, he works online at Workana and Upwork. He can't withdraw in my country because he doesn't have a US acct linked, so I helped him out and got it CASH for him from my acct. 2 months later there appear several disputes on his payments to me. Apparently, he says he has been scammed and his ex-business partner took over his account and changed the username and password, and commenced the dispute the last payments which were to me and based his dispute saying I did not deliver the product as mentioned and that he wanted his money back...Nom if you do any drop shipping you obviously should have a store ID or something to prove you are selling online, a website at least that shows how you take payments, a screenshot of the website at least, I do not have a store online nor sell online, so how does PAYPAL go in his favor and refund him, there was no item sold because I don't sell anything online. How can he prove I sold him something??? So I guess Paypal doesn't see the transaction and just receives money. He is complaining, he is a scammer and using their guidelines to do it and they are so blind to not even realize it? The funny thing is my friend sent me about 200 dollars in different amounts and they refunded me a 15 dollar one but not the ones for 44 and 33 approx, YES the refunded him those two transactions saying I did not ship the item never mentioning what item???? He **bleep** both of us, Paypal and me with their guidelines, the reason, I am super upset, is that now the last dispute for 110 they are asking him to return the item, he sent them a transaction number, Does Paypal not care what item it is because there is no description of it anywhere???? Isn't it weird all of a sudden a customer complaints about all 4 products or 5 and they want a refund???? Well, they want me to respond to the transaction and tracking number BUT THERE IS NO BUTTON TO CLICK ON TO RESPOND???? I HAVE TO RESPOND AND CANNOT CONTACT THEM THROUGH ANYWHERE. THIS IS A FRAUD. I WANT TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR!!!!!
