I received the wrong product, seller said they would give me full refund. They said 15-25 days.. then told me at least 30 days for a refund. It way over 30 days. They told me to You can go to PayPal to apply for a refund, upload the waybill number to PayPal, and then send an email to notify them? I have no idea what a waybill number is? I’ve tried the resolution to get help but they say it’s been resolved.. how do I get my refund please any help would be great and deeply appreciated!
