I purchased an item on the 23rd July 2020 from Hazelhc (10832936 CANADA INC) and as I was in a hurry to receive the product, I paid for priority, insured shipping. The shipping alone cost $9.95 on a $26.97 product. At the time I thought it was worth it as at least my package was insured and sent with priority! As I write this today, 26th October 2020, I have still not received my package. I have emailed the supplier numerous times and have been promised updates on the delivery. I have received nothing beside the same tracking number for USPS that from day 1 has shown as "status unavailable". The seller assures me that they have sent it and I will receive it, I should be patient???? Why did I pay an extra $9.95 for PRIORITY, INSURED shipping? I have requested they cancel my order and refund me, to which they have responded they wont as they have already shipped! I opened a dispute in the resolution center on the 05th October 2020, each week the estimated case resolution date moves out by another week! How long does it take to resolve? The purchaser has not received the items after more than 3 months. If you go to their website today, it shows as no longer available, come on Paypal, where is your buyers protection, especially on an insured transaction? Has anyone else had a similar experience and if so, was it resolved satisfactorily? Thanks. Luca
