Good Day I am having troubles on transferring money to my family members to the Philippines, and since I placed the transaction it bounced back into my account. When I called my bank they informed me that the second payment went through successfully, but PayPal is still showing me that the amount is being refunded. I uploaded my identification but it is not showing a complete, a did link my card with PayPal. I am aware of the COVID19 regulations but my family members need the transaction as soon as possible. Please help me ?
