Over the summer I placed several orders online for products. One was a steam mop. I received 2 pads that would go on the mop, but never received the mop. I tried to work with the seller, but they kept playing games. I filed a dispute and sent a picture of the mop pads, explaining they were all I received of the purchase. They 'investigated' and because the seller could show that a delivery had been made, they denied my claim and closed the dispute. I wrote to Pay Pal and asked if they even rea my dispute because I said a delivery HAD been made, but not the entire purchase. I asked them to please re-open the dispute and make the seller prove they sent the steam mop. I'm waiting on their response. I ordered a handheld, battery operated saw for chopping limbs off trees. The ad showed how the saw operated and the purchase included the saw, a carrying case and a separate chain attachment. I received the chain but not the saw or case. I tried to reach the seller but no response. I fled a dispute with Pay Pal and sent a picture of the attachment, which does me no good without the saw After 6 weeks, they're still 'investigating the dispute. I bought a kitchen sink spray attachment that attached to the wall and the faucet. I received the part that attaches to the faucet, but not the sprayer or the wall attachment. Once again, I tried to contact the company but they wouldn't respond. I filed a dispute with Pay Pal, including a photo of the attachment I received and explained the attachment didn't fit on my faucet without the rest of the purchase, making it useless. Last week, Pay Pal denied my claim and closed the dispute because the seller "had proven to them" that a delivery had been made. I contacted PayPal through their message center and someone replied that perhaps the item had been stolen by someone in my community. I explained that I live in a rural area with a city block long driveway and UPS and FedEX have t drive down my driveway to leave items at our house. We don't have neighbors roaming around stealing packages. I told them that there appears to be several Chinese companies promising products and for some reason not sending what is purchased. That I've been using Pay Pal for over 20 years with very few problems up to this point. That I expect Pay Pal to back up their agreement to work on the customer's behalf and make better effort to help when problems arise Besides being a more informed consumer in the future, does anyone have any ideas how to get my money refunded? Thanks!
