I made a purchase through PayPal and didn’t receive order, I contacted seller And investigated the seller a little further and established they are fraudulent, the email address provided has been closed down, I followed the company registration trail and it led to another company (name Zeleray) of which I also contacted and was advised I writing they would refund the order as they could not ship the product to my address, the email addresses with this company has now also been disabled also as has the domain. I located yet another email for the seller of which I contacted and had no response and then after contacting them again, that domain and email address has also been closed down. No refund has been received. In addition through investigations it was identified that the product site is scam as was the Facebook postings for the site of which they had ripped off from a genuine seller. The only response I get from PayPal is to contact the seller, which obviously isn’t going to work. There are no other options to get PayPal to act and tells me to escalate after 13 November... but already know it’s a scam, and waiting 2 weeks isn’t going to make a difference PayPal. How do I get PayPal to deal with this matter. If anything to stop this seller ripping other people off.
