Yes, I have tried reaching out to PayPal directly as well, but I'm sorry to say that I have yet to see more customer service that is unpleasant. 😞 Completely lacking at least some basic contact form, since it's not possible to send an email directly. Via "common issues" this problem cannot be solved, "call us" didn't help either, and the last time I tried to use "message us" and discuss it directly with a support agent I was laconically told that none was available. I have now tried again and this time I will only "wait a few hours". Which is fine with me, as long as the person actually connects and replies eventually. Best regards Stefan
