A Limitation has been placed on an account I administer for a Society, this is flagged by a Notification and I am invited to see details, clicking on this takes me into a page with a number designating a Limitation, no detail is given. Clicking on "resolve" takes me back to the original Notification and so on ad naseum. I have been trying to resolve with Paypal via Messenger and whilst the staff are unfailingly polite they say simply that the matter has been referred to "back office". This circular discussion has been going on for 8 weeks with my failing to gather the attention of this mythical "back office". Anyone have any ideas how to break the deadlock.
