Hello everybody, I am looking for a bit of guidance as to what I can do in my situation. I ordered a Nintendo Switch via OnBuy.com. The seller is Oxford Holdings Ltd. On the website, it states the order is sent via Royal Mail - No tracking URL provided Keep in mind that this order was fully paid for on the 10th - 200 pounds. Estimated delivery time was between 14-16th October. It is now 21st, the Mailman has been and still no parcel. Now, the problem is this. At the time, I did not have a paypal account. I have just registered. However, I did pay through paypal to the seller. Can anybody provide any guidance as to how I can go through the refund process? Of course, on my newly made account. The transaction is not on my list. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance, Robert.
