Hi guys I really need help. PayPal is officially HORRIBLE at customer service, I've tried their service number and messaging center literally at all times of day and they either always hang up or are offline. I accidentally sent money to the wrong phone number, I ended up calling the number and they let me know they don't have a PayPal account so he most likely did not receive any money. However, when I tried to put in a dispute, he said he was notified by email about the dispute. Does this mean he does have a PayPal account and he just might not be aware? Any help on how i can get reimbursed would be greatly appreciated!!!!
