I purchased an item 2 weeks ago, paid 12 days ago, 3 days ago I asked for tracking and the seller said she forgot and would print the label and ship that day. Still no tracking, didn’t reply to 2 messages that Facebook told me she saw. I filed a dispute. Now she wants me to close it so she can print the label and ship. If I close it and she still doesn’t ship can I claim again and escalate to PayPal or would I be SOL?
