PayPal asked for documents which were sent describing an item paid for via paypal. I found on delivery the item was not as decsribed on facebook. I asked for reimbursement via paypal protection. I provided all documents requested by paypal which advised it looked as if I would be covered via their protection plan. PayPal instructed me to return the item to the seller which I did via UPS and provided paypal the tracking number. Now suddenly paypal resolves the dispute in favor of the seller and I am out $59.98, shipiing charges, and the item. What can be done as I am unable to contdactd paypal which says their decision is final.
