Put in a dispute from a purchase. Fraudulent company selling face masks. Claim they are shipped from US. Have a receipt that has an address from Flushing NY. Get the masks and they are cheap "fashion " masks, even calls them that on the package. Tried to send them back. Already paid for shipping to get them. They want them returned to China. I tell them to send me a postage paid envelope. The seller sends me the same email telling me to send them back. File dispute. PayPal tells me if I return them I will get purchase amount back. Not much help. I go to Post Office. PO tells me he doesn't think the address is valid. Then tells me 17.00 MINIMUM TO SEND IT BACK. PayPal has not answered ANY of my communications except to keep sending the same email telling me they need me to upload tracking info or I will run out of time shortly. I have been sending texts through the message center for days, calling, not allowed to reach a person, emailing. They are totally hands off and a joke. I will be cancelling my PayPal account. Lots of better options now available.
