Hello, The transaction ID on PayPal: 94937808HT6810928 Item: Nintendo Switch Neon Red/Neon Blue Joy-Con This purchase was on September 21, according to the seller's website, the consolewas due to arrive in two days, which means on September 23, it did not meet thedate. The purchase was using my debit card through PayPal Now the problem with the Tracking Number that the vendor has provided: ThisTracking Number says that the package was delivered on 2020-10-08 14:22:00, whichhas not been the case. Today is October 23, 15 days have passed since the date reflected in the tracking and that package never arrived in the mailbox or at thedoorstep of the house, a console box can not go unnoticed; a piece of paper maybe?but a box that is kinda heavy? no, it can never go unnoticed. I would like to add that on September 22nd I wrote the seller to the email with whichhe is registered at PayPal to cancel this order and Idid not receive a reply from him. On October 15th I made my second attempt to contact the seller for a refund and forthe second time the seller never responded. I want to add that the store introduce itself as a Nintendo page but when I made thepurchase and the charge fell on my card the name changed to Specialty Store, not Nintendo anymore. Now my problem with PayPal: They closed my cases in favour of the seller. The rstcase was opened on September 20th: PP-D-84898865, they closed in the favour of theseller on October 12th. After numerous attempts of trying to reopen the case theynally reopened on October 16th and today, October 23th, they closed it again on the favour of the seller. Yesterday I tried three times to open a case asking for a full refund and they closedthem each time I tried, The ID cases I tried to open were: PP-D-88590636, PP-D-88590809 and PP-D-88647679 If I check why they closed the cases automatically the massage is this: The case wasclosed because this transaction is not eligible for PayPal buyer protection.
