Hi Guys, I had a buyer filing a dispute for not receiving his item. I then came to realised that this exact buyer actually actually sent in two emails to us, wanting to cancel his order just days after his order was shipped. He then admitted to receiving the item earlier on and asked how we should resolve this issue. He then stops responding after this. Paypal wasn't responsive as well in this, i had left messages, emails to them but nobody is getting back. The case was already fully refunded back to the buyer and the buyer got his item way earlier but chose to try his luck with refund. He got lucky this time as it was not a small amount. I had also tried to appeal the case and got rejected. How should i contact paypal so that we could get back our company in this case? The buyer already admitted to receiving the order but paypal chose to listen to the buyer and refunded fully...
