How can you identify origin of purchases on social media sites? I ordered 3 different jigsaw puzzles with free shipping in April total of $65USD. Finally in July, 3 puzzles of the SAME design arrived, boxes damaged. When I contacted the seller they offered $15 “credit” (as if I would ever buy from them again) and to keep the puzzles. I explained that they were all the same design which I already owned and I wanted a refund. Long story short, to get a refund, seller required me to pay return shipping which was $85 back to China. Why would PayPal be a party to such a scam? Clearly, the seller was just trying to get rid of overstock designs and did not ship the product that was ordered but by PayPal allowing them to require the customer to pay return shipping, they are now part of the illegal scheme. Very frustrating because I used PayPal to be safe, yet I am out $65!
