Is there anyway to disagree with a PayPal resolution? I have a complaint in against Socialitte or MER Beauty for providing an item which is nothing like the item they advertised. Apparently Paypal have said the seller has agreed to refund the item if I post back the original item back at my expense. I have no issue with posting the item back other than it will cost as much to post the item back to the as the refund would be. If they want their defective item back, shouldn't they have to fund the postage cost, rather than me being out of pocket for it, especially given they are falsely advertising? What infuriates me even more about this is Paypal have issued refunds for several other people in other countries for the same thing, and they didn't have to send their falsely advertised item back. Why is it that Paypal can have different resolution outcomes for the same claim?
