I am also having the same issue as many above and I have been trying to resolve this ALL day. I have been sent money to help me out lately from my mum and I cannot get into my account due to the problem of old phone numbers and no other way to verify. The response of so called help from PP is to make a new account which is great but how do I get the money from my old account that I really need asap. Customer service agents have been awful via phone, online message, facebook etc and I have got nowhere at all and I am now feeling quite upset with all of this going on. All I need to do is update my phone number to access my PP account that I have had for years! Please can someone please help us and actually resolve this matter because PP you are presently robbing people of their funds! Also as there are so many of us with the same issue I wonder what the financial ombudsman or media would have to say about this situation.
