I paid for a service with my Pay Pal card and when I did not receive what I paid for I filed a dispute. I answered all the questions asked and submitted the information requested. After a long period of time I got the same request from Pay Pal resolution center asking for information/documentation that it already had. I submitted it again. Waited some more and now I get a denial that is based on insufficient information/documentation. Does Pay Pal use a bot to send out automatic responses until it denies the dispute ?
