i hope you get resolution quickly from paypal as you didn't even get the product! Make PayPal take responsibility to do RIGHT BY YOU as you are the customer of Pay Pal and not the scamming vendor.

awesome gramama. thank you for sharing. i see those ads always in my words with friend game. so sad that many of us get scammed but i guess we still need to be vigilant about where we purchase products from. i have nothing against products made in china but i do have a problem with liars and thieves and especially when there is a california address that items are getting shipped from. Customer service has gone down so much over the past few years..it's sad but it's true...see, even an american/california associated company won't come up to the plate and make things right...my product was also shipped from california but no word from any of them; they are silent. I'm sad but I'm glad you got some resolution. I'm still fighting for mine.

keep DEMANDING for 100% of a refund!! the products this vendor is SCAMMING us on are not valid, are defective or are not what was represented in any of their online advertising or videos. and continue to followup with paypal to make sure they do THE RIGHT THING when it comes to their customers (US). Paypal needs to be on our side on this. They can see from all the claims that there is a problem with this vendor and they know they'll have to credit us legally and professionally.

stay with paypal and get pay pal to refund your money because the vendor does not respond timely or ethically. oh yeah, they just sent me an email saying that they want me to close the pay pal account first before they can refund it. I said i didn't' trust them and when they send me a dated confirmation of the refund, on their letterhead, signed by their ceo or accounting department then i would close the case with pay pal....i'm sure they won't do that because I've never gotten an email with a real persons name on it.

I too purchased this little mechanical puppy only to get a cheap stuff item. I paid $39.98 and for the past 2 1/2 weeks have been trying to get them to refund my purchase only to get lame excuses about it. I told them they were a shame of a company taking advantage of honest people expecting to get the product they advertised and represented on their website. Don't buy any products from this company. Their emails kept trying to get me to take less of a refund and to keep the product and I told them to send me a postage paid label if they wanted their product back but that I wanted a full 100% refund, nothing less. They finally sent an email today saying they would refund me but I don't trust them. Just don't buy those mechanical puppies unless you know someone, personally and physically see the product first hand. Such a sham.
